Hampton Lakes is a small estate of luxury houses and is situated on Highway 27 about 2 miles South of the 192 and about 15 minutes drive from the Disney Attractions.

From Sandford / Orlando airport:

Take Greeneway (417 South) toll road from airport (or car rental company compound) to Interstate 4 West (Tampa)
Proceed to Exit 55 (previously 23), junction with Highway 27 (Clermont/Haines City)
Take the left fork on the exit ramp towards US 27 North (Clermont)
Turn left at the lights at the end of the exit ramp
Proceed north approximately 4 miles.

The entrance to Hampton Lakes is on your right.
